Rick is the recipient of numerous accolades presented by major industries across the United States and Canada, including on four separate occasions, the "Most Professional Image Award" and "Outstanding Contribution to the Industry by an Individual." In addition, he served as President of the Manufacturing Housing Council of Arizona and the State Director of Housing simultaneously for six years. Rick completed advanced studies and testing, earning the prestigious FICF designation and was elected President of Fraternal Insurance Counsellors for New Mexico and Arizona. Serving three terms as President of the Arizona Fraternal Congress representing a membership of over 75,000, he was honored as the first recipient of the “Robert Glenn Weddle Annual Fraternal Recognition Award”. A gifted tenor, he was one of three first tenors from Arizona to sing at Carnegie Hall in 2007 and 2009.

A popular guest speaker for Fortune 500 Companies and service-related associations, Rick serves on several committees and boards that benefit the business. He is a graduate of California State University at Los Angeles, majoring in Business Administration and Communications with a minor in Secondary Education.

Possessing an impressive record of achievement in specialized sales and marketing, Carolyn has received numerous real estate, financial services and merchandising awards including: “Outstanding Industry Contribution” by an owner / developer of a 227 lot subdivision, “Best Promotional Retail Exhibit Advertising Reward for Excellence”, plus a myriad of recognition plaques for real estate and life insurance including “#1 Producing Annuity Specialist” in the State of Arizona for three consecutive years.

Carolyn also found time for academic pursuits at Boise State University and S.C.C., concentrating on finance, business management and communication.

Carolyn has participated in several consulting assignments involving sales and operational turn-around projects in Arizona, New Mexico andCalifornia. In 1998, Carolyn became a licensed field representative for Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society, and in 2004, obtained her Series 6 & 63 licenses and became a registered representative for Woodmen Financial Services, specializing in asset management and qualified for FICF designation.  Carolyn was elected President by the Fraternal Insurance Counsellors for Arizona & New Mexico, the first woman ever to hold this prestigious office.
